Q: Do you have retail store locations?
A: faritha.com primarily operates online, and orders are shipped nationwide. However, local customers in Madurai are welcome to visit our warehouse in person to purchase directly.

Q: Do your remotes come with a warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a 1-month replacement warranty on our products. If you purchase an original remote, the manufacturer provides a separate, additional warranty period on top of this.
