1. Shipping Zones (Where We Ship)
We currently ship to all regions within India.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Standard shipping charges: ₹60–₹100 depending on delivery location and order weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order via our Order Tracking Page or directly on the courier’s website.
6. Courier Partners
We use reliable courier partners like Delhivery, India Post, Bluedart, DTDC, and XpressBees to ensure safe and timely delivery.
7. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Orders
If the order is cancelled by Faritha.com, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges (if paid online).
8. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or delivery refusal will incur re-shipping charges.
If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping — additional charges may apply.
9. Refunds on Shipping Charges

If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Accounts with return behavior that violates our Fair Usage Policy will be charged a flat delivery fee of ₹100 on all future orders, regardless of order value.

Order value is calculated after applying all discounts, GST/VAT, or other applicable charges.
10. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for select categories and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: We do not offer courier pickup services for returns.

Customers are required to self-ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for self-return. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
