🔁 Refund Policy
❌ We do NOT offer cash refunds.
🎟️ Refunds are issued only as Store Credit or Discount Coupons for future purchases on Faritha.com.
Once the return products received in order to our address we will issue store credit or Discount Coupon within 2 working days.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
⏳ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
💳 A 5% deduction applies to cover payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable.
📮 Return Instructions
🚚 We do not provide return pickup.
📦 Customers must send returns through courier or India Post to the address below:
✅ The return item must be in original condition and packaging.
🎟️ Once received and verified, a Store Credit / Coupon will be issued (excluding original shipping charges).

📅 Exchange is allowed within 7 days of receiving your product.

If the remote is not compatible or doesn't work with your device, we will exchange it with a suitable model.
📦 Customer must cover return courier charges.
🔄 Replacement will be sent after we receive the original item in good condition.
🔌 Electronic PCB Boards & Minute Electronic Spares:
These items are factory-tested before dispatch and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

🎁 If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, your return will be processed as Gift Credit.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

📦 We recommend using a trackable courier or Speed Post.
