1. By Which Courier Service you are dispatching the items?
We are shipping with Blue Dart, Delhivery, Fedex, E Com Express, EKart Express, Professional Courier. We are Shipping with Speed Post of India to some non serviceable area by Courier.
2. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we do. Majority of our Products enjoy Free Delivery and All orders of ₹1000 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of ₹ 49 is applied on orders below ₹ 1000.
3. What is the service are of Delivery?
We ship all pincodes PAN India. Wherever the Courier has not having service area, we ship by India Post.
4. When will my order reach me?
Most of the Main cities in India our shipping partners are delivery in 2-7 working days throughout India, depending upon your location in the country. Most of our orders delivered within 2-3 working days.
5. Why you are not offering Cash On Delivery?
Due to Fake Orders and Unserious Buyer Orders, we are getting 30 to 50% of Items get returned by Shipping Partner. We are selling all products in Thin Margin. But the Shipping Company Charges us Up and Down (Double Charge) if the item got returned. Moreover the Product also getting damage due to Long Up and Down Transit.
6. What are your shipping charges?
PREPAID ORDERS
We offer FREE delivery in India for prepaid orders above INR 1000.
For prepaid orders below INR 1000 and if the Weight is below 500 Grams, a minimal shipping charges of INR 49 is levied.
CASH ON DELIVERY
During Covid19 we only serve Prepaid Orders. Cash on Delivery not available during Covid19. Because shipping one way is very very difficult now. If the Customer refuses we have to re transport it back to our place.
